would you rather be the boss or the employee and what would make you better at versus the other.



I would want to be the boss because you get to choose what the employees do and get to make the big decisions. I wouldn't want to be an employee because you don't get to choose what you get to do and I would rather be the boss.

    Yes I can see you one day becoming the boss, but you will need to be the employer first so you can understand the whole business. Do you think it will be Dad's business you might be boss of one day?
