today I had to write about why fitness is important for you, fitness is important for you because it can reduce the risk of a heart attack, it can manage your weight better, it can also make feel happier and it is good for your muscles and bones, fitness is an easy way to stay fit and take care of yourself and keeps your body in shape and its just as easy as going for a run or walk or even playing a sport is really good so that is why i think you should do more fitness and get outside and go for a walk and run. when you do more runs or walks it gets easy and you can go further so get outside and do some fitness. by Mack.
